With our state-of-the-art 3D printer we now offer high quality, inexpensive concept models with quick turn-around times for Architects, Industrial and Product Designers, Manufacturers, and other industries. The 3D models created with this process are excellent for visual aids and concepts, especially ones with complex shapes. You can produce multiple physical models inexpensively, and share those ideas quickly with the design team, manufacturer or your customer.
Three-dimensional printing technology is used to build physical models from sketches, blueprints, 3D scans, CAD Files and many other formats. Using a computer and software, a 3D mesh is created to represent the object to be printed. The data is then sent as thin horizontal slices to the printer, which interprets the data and joins together liquid and powder materials to form complex parts layer by layer until you have a physical model that accurately reflects the original design. A wide variety of sizes, strengths, flexibility and surface finish can be produced with this method.
High-performance Composite Material – most widely used - ideal for high-strength requirements, delicate or thin-walled parts, color printing, accurate representation of design details
Direct Casting Metal Material – creates sand-casting molds for non-ferrous metals
Investments Casting Material – fabricates parts the users dip in wax to produce investment casting patterns without molds or geometric constraints
Snap-Fit Material – creates parts with plastic-like, flexural properties, ideal for snap-fit applications
Elastomeric Material - creates parts with rubber-like properties.
