Franz Reprographics offers three programs to acquire digital equipment for your office.
Our programs are all customizable to meet your specific needs. You bring your need, we’ll bring our expertise. Franz will provide a solution that is both cost-effective and easy to integrate and use.
Option 1: On-Site Facility Management
By choosing a Facility Management solution you are trusting us to provide a complete reprographics services center in your office. Based on discussions and evaluations with you, a determination is made for: types of services needed, types of equipment needed, staffing, accounting services, distribution & delivery, bid management services, on-line plan room, IT support/service, local back-up, etc.
Option 2: Cost Per Copy
Our cost per copy program allows you to acquire either a full digital print system or just a digital printer. We can also add inkjet printers, laser printers or even small format copiers to facilitate your needs.
With this program you receive:- Equipment
- IT support
- Service
- Toner, & 20# bond (as needed)
- Option: standard bond or 30% recycled
- Opportunity to upgrade equipment
- Month-to-month agreements, no long-term contracts
- All monthly charges based upon monthly usages
Option 3: Out-right Purchase
If you prefer to purchase or lease the equipment you can expect us to provide you with fair pricing. We also provide two types of service agreements.
1. Service Agreement
We handle all service needed for your equipment for a monthly charge.
2. Service and Supply Agreement
We provide the service but also the paper and toner. Pricing is based upon usage.
