If you have never used a Franz Reprographics PlanCommand Plan Room, the first time you go to one of the KA Plan Rooms, you must register yourself, by selecting the User Register button.
To receive an Electronic Download, as well as Bid Notices, Bid Addendums, and Shipped Order Confirmations, you must place the following email address in your list of Outlook Contacts and designate it in your Junk Email Options as a Safe Sender: notice@designbidbuild.net. These notifications are sent from this email address, not from the email address of Kraus-Anderson or Franz Reprographics.
If you are unfamiliar with how to make an email address a Safe Sender, please follow these instructions:
With the Inbox of Microsoft Outlook open, select the Actions drop-down menu across the top of the Outlook screen. Then select Junk E-mail, and then select Junk E-mail Options. Next select the Safe Senders tab and then select the Add button. You can then type in: notice@designbidbuild.net and click OK.
